Survey Data Processor

About the Role We are looking for an experienced Survey Data Processor / Survey Engineer to support our construction projects in the UAE. The role focuses on processing and verifying survey data, preparing setting-out and as-built information, and supporting site teams with accurate survey deliverables. Key Responsibilities Process and validate survey data collected from Total Stations, GPS/GNSS equipment, digital levels and laser scanners. Prepare survey calculations, coordinates, setting-out data and as-built drawings. Review IFC and shop drawings to extract survey requirements, levels and coordinate information. Maintain survey control records, coordinate references and technical documentation. Coordinate with site surveyors, engineering and BIM teams to resolve discrepancies and verify accuracy. Process laser scanning and point-cloud data, where applicable. Support scan-to-BIM workflows, model verification and as-built comparisons. Carry out survey data quality checks in accordance with project requirements. Requirements Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, Geoinformatics or a related field. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction surveying or survey data processing. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D. Strong understanding of survey coordinates, control networks, levelling and georeferencing. Experience working with Total Stations, GPS/GNSS and other surveying equipment. Ability to interpret construction drawings and prepare accurate survey documentation. Experience on large-scale building or infrastructure projects. Good written and spoken English. Additional Advantages Experience with Leica Cyclone REGISTER 360, Cyclone 3DR or Autodesk ReCap. Familiarity with Revit and Navisworks. Knowledge of GIS applications, including ArcGIS or QGIS. Experience with point-cloud processing, reality capture and scan-to-BIM workflows. Previous UAE/GCC main contracting experience. Show more Show less
