About Mountain Gate Realty Established in 2002, Mountain Gate Realty is a Dubai-based real estate brokerage with over two decades of experience in the UAE property market. As part of our growth strategy, we are expanding our sales team and looking for a motivated, ambitious and people-oriented individual to join us in a recruitment and agent success role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to develop a career in talent acquisition, headhunting and business development within the real estate industry. The Role You will work closely with the CEO and management team to identify, attract, recruit and support talented real estate professionals. This is not a traditional administrative recruitment position. We are looking for someone proactive who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships, making calls and achieving targets. Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Headhunting Identify and approach experienced real estate agents through LinkedIn, databases, referrals and other channels. Proactively source potential candidates rather than relying only on job applications. Contact prospective candidates, introduce Mountain Gate Realty and communicate our career opportunities. Arrange interviews and coordinate the recruitment process. Build and maintain a strong database of potential candidates. 2. Agent Success & Retention Assist with onboarding and integration of newly recruited agents. Maintain regular communication with agents and understand their needs. Follow up on agent satisfaction, engagement and performance. Coordinate with management to ensure agents receive the support and resources they need. Help create a positive and productive working environment. 3. Recruitment Marketing & Business Development Support recruitment campaigns on LinkedIn and other platforms. Develop referral networks to attract new real estate professionals. Identify opportunities to improve recruitment strategies and candidate engagement. Who We Are Looking For 0–2 years of recruitment experience is welcome. Candidates with sales, telesales, customer service or business development backgrounds are also encouraged to apply. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confident making outbound calls and approaching new people. Positive attitude, persistence and willingness to learn. Good organizational and follow-up skills. Fluent English is essential. Arabic or Russian language skills are an advantage. Interest in real estate and business development.
