About the role
A fast-growing investment technology business is hiring its first dedicated Senior Application Security Engineer. You will own how secure code gets produced, as part of a small InfoSec team with room to grow.
What you will do
Own application security tooling and scanning across the CI/CD pipeline
Run secure code reviews of high-risk changes
Introduce AI-assisted code review
Build developer training and a security champions network
What you bring
7+ years in software engineering or application security, including 3+ years in a dedicated AppSec role
Hands-on experience with SAST and dependency scanning tools
Code written and still engaged with, ideally Python or Node.js
