You will work directly with the HR lead, full time, from our office in King Fahd District, Riyadh. What you will do Record daily attendance for office and site staff, follow up absences and late arrivals, and keep the monthly attendance sheet ready for payroll Maintain annual, sick and emergency leave balances; process leave requests and return-to-work dates Keep employee files and Zoho People records current: contracts, Iqama and ID expiries, GOSI and Qiwa status, medical insurance Prepare letters, clearances and onboarding packs for new joiners Coordinate with site foremen by phone and in person, with occasional visits to our Riyadh sites What we are looking for Saudi national, living in Riyadh, available to start immediately or within 30 days Diploma or degree in HR, business administration or similar; 1 to 3 years in HR or administration Strong Excel: lookups, pivot tables and date formulas for leave and attendance (tested at interview) Arabic and English, written and spoken Own car and valid Saudi driving licence Familiar with Qiwa, GOSI and Mudad; Zoho People experience is a plus Organized, discreet with personal data, comfortable chasing people for information Package SAR 4,000 per month all-inclusive, registered with GOSI.
