We are looking for a skilled and proactive Full Stack Developer to join our technology team and help build, maintain, and enhance our internal platforms, customer-facing applications, and AI-powered business solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and optimize scalable web applications using Node.js. Design, manage, and optimize MongoDB and MySQL databases. Build modern, responsive user interfaces using Tailwind CSS. Implement AI-powered solutions, including LLM integrations, intelligent automation, and AI agents. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services. Build and improve internal CRM, ERP, admin panels, and business management systems. Automate workflows to improve operational efficiency. Identify and resolve technical issues, optimize application performance, and ensure security. Collaborate with management and other developers to deliver new features and improvements. Take ownership of development tasks from planning through deployment. Technical Requirements Mandatory Skills 3–5 years of professional software development experience. Strong proficiency in Node.js and JavaScript/TypeScript. Proven experience working with MongoDB and MySQL. Strong knowledge of Tailwind CSS, HTML5, and modern frontend technologies. Hands-on experience integrating AI APIs and solutions, such as OpenAI, Claude, or similar platforms. Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs. Solid understanding of database architecture, optimization, and backend development. Experience with Git, debugging, testing, and deployment. Ability to work independently, solve complex problems, and deliver production-ready solutions. Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory. Preferred Qualifications Experience with React.js or Next.js. Experience building AI agents, RAG systems, and automated workflows. Experience developing CRM, ERP, or enterprise management systems. Familiarity with AWS, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines. Experience with cloud infrastructure and application security. Previous experience working in an international business environment.
