About our client We are working with a leading global investment firm based in Abu Dhabi, backed by substantial long-term capital. What the job involves Lead and manage portfolio management activities for industrials Own portfolio performance oversight - monitoring, reporting, and driving improvement across platform companies' operational and financial performance Lead on due diligence, structuring, and closing of transactions and co-investments as needed Act as a trusted, senior point of contact for platform company C-suite leadership, building strong working relationships to support strategic and operational priorities Present portfolio performance and recommendations to senior leadership and relevant investment/executive committees Partner closely with the Head of Investments, Head of Capital Allocation, and other internal stakeholders across portfolio companies Who we are looking for Significant prior private equity investment experience, having acted as principal, is required Demonstrated experience in industrials Transaction-related experience, including due diligence, deal execution, financing, and co-investments.
