SMAX Power BI Developer

Job Title: Power BI Developer Location: Jeddah (Onsite) Project Type: Permanent Job Description: Integration of SMAX data sources (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Requests, Assets, CMDB, Availability, etc.) with Power BI. Design and configuration of data models to support reporting and analytics requirements. Development of interactive Power BI dashboards for key ITSM processes, including: Incident Management metrics (e.g., volume, SLA compliance, resolution trends) Problem Management trends (e.g., recurring issues, root cause analysis) Change Management reporting (e.g., change success rate, approvals, backlogs) Service Request fulfilment and SLA tracking Asset and configuration visibility (where applicable) Availability and continuity metrics Configuration of filters, drill-downs, and interactive visualizations for different user roles (IT managers, service desk, executives). Setup of scheduled data refreshes and automated report distribution. Configuration of role-based access controls for dashboards and reports to ensure secure data visibility. Support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validation, and production go-live. Provision of documentation and knowledge transfer for dashboard usage, maintenance, and reporting best practices.
