What We're Looking For ✔️ 1–3 years of experience in the tourism industry. ✔️ Excellent command of English (spoken and written) – mandatory. ✔️ A second language is a strong advantage (Italian, French, or Spanish). ✔️ Excellent communication and guest relations skills. ✔️ Strong organizational and coordination abilities. ✔️ Professional appearance with a positive, customer-focused attitude. ✔️ Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment. Your Responsibilities Welcome and assist guests upon arrival and departure at the airport. Coordinate airport transfers and transportation services. Accompany guests during Tours and excursions, ensuring a seamless Travel experience. Liaise with hotels, restaurants, transport providers, guides, and tourism partners. Ensure the smooth execution of itineraries and daily tour operations. Handle guest requests and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Deliver exceptional hospitality and create memorable experiences for our international travelers.
