Head of Governance, Risk & Compliance

A leading construction company in Saudi Arabia is looking for a Head of Governance, Risk & Compliance to lead its governance, enterprise risk management and compliance framework. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain the governance framework, policies, committee charters and delegations of authority Lead enterprise risk assessments and maintain the corporate risk register, KRIs and mitigation plans Oversee regulatory and internal compliance monitoring across all functions Coordinate reviews of reported compliance breaches and track corrective actions to closure Prepare risk dashboards, compliance reports and governance papers for executive and committee review Build a strong risk and compliance culture through awareness sessions and practical guidance Monitor changes in KSA laws and regulations and recommend improvements to policies and controls Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Law, Finance, Accounting or a related field (Master’s preferred) 10+ years of experience in governance, enterprise risk management, compliance or internal controls, including leadership responsibility Strong knowledge of ISO 31000, ISO 37301 and Saudi regulatory requirements Professional certification such as CRMA, GRCP or CCEP is a plus Experience in construction, EPC or large-scale projects in KSA.
