Student Retention Specialist

What if your job was to make sure every student feels supported from day one? At DFA, we’re looking for someone who cares about students as much as we do. You’ll be the main point of contact for our students, helping to give each of them an outstanding experience and a reason to stay with us. What you’ll do: ✅ Send clear, friendly confirmation emails to students ✅ Collect feedback and run surveys to keep improving the student experience ✅ Review and approve requests in our evaluation system ✅ Manage our Google reviews daily ✅ Build long-term, positive relationships and keep students engaged and satisfied throughout their journey ✅ Follow up with students to support retention and reduce drop-off ✅ Handle escalated issues as second-line support and turn them into positive outcomes What we’re looking for: 🔹 Experience in customer service or a similar role, ideally in education (schools, universities, or training centers) 🔹 Excellent communication skills 🔹 Empathy and a genuine interest in supporting students 🔹 A self-motivated, organized team player If you’re passionate about student success and love building strong relationships, we’d love to hear from you! 📩 Please read the full job description and requirements before applying: [redacted email] Show more Show less
