Sales Gallery Coordinator

Job Description The Sales Gallery Coordinator at Omniyat coordinates the day-to-day operations of the ultra-luxury sales gallery, ensuring seamless customer journeys, gallery readiness and accurate coordination across sales, hospitality and marketing teams. Responsibilities Coordinate day-to-day operations of the Omniyat sales gallery. Facilitate readiness of show units, models, AV and gallery presentation. Coordinate scheduling of customer visits, viewings and consultant assignments. Coordinate hospitality including refreshments, gifting and bespoke touches. Facilitate visitor registration, KYC documentation and CRM updates. Coordinate with sales consultants on customer journey orchestration. Develop gallery activity reports and customer flow analyses. Coordinate with marketing on collateral, materials and gallery branding. Facilitate VIP visits, events and bespoke gallery experiences. Coordinate gallery upkeep with maintenance and operations. Implement standard operating procedures for gallery operations. Coordinate stock of brochures, gifts, refreshments and consumables. Communicate with discretion and confidentiality on customer matters. Coordinate health and safety standards in the gallery. Coordinate with Sales Gallery Team Leader on continuous improvements. Facilitate post-visit follow-ups, satisfaction monitoring and CRM analytics. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration or related discipline. Experience:3-5 years of gallery / customer experience coordination in similar position in GCC region, preferably in luxury Real Estate / hospitality industry.
