Production Lead

Americana Foods Kuwait is looking for a hands on Production Lead to run our production lines day to day, lead the shift team, and make sure we hit our output, quality and safety targets every shift. What You’ll Do Lead and supervise production operators and line staff across your shift Hit daily production plans for output, efficiency and waste Make sure every product meets food safety and quality standards (HACCP, GMP) Enforce health and safety rules on the shop floor Work with Maintenance to reduce downtime and fix line issues fast Coordinate with Quality, Planning and Warehouse for smooth changeovers and material flow Track and report KPIs such as OEE, yield and downtime Train, coach and develop your team Drive continuous improvement and 5S on the line What We’re Looking For Diploma or Bachelor’s in Engineering, Food Technology or a related field 4 to 6 years of production experience in food manufacturing or FMCG, with at least 2 years leading a team Solid knowledge of HACCP, GMP and safety standards Familiarity with lean manufacturing, 5S or continuous improvement tools Strong leadership, communication and problem solving skills Comfortable working in shifts Good English, Arabic is a plus Based in Kuwait with a transferable residency is preferred Show more Show less
