Plastic Blow & Injection Company Established since 1997 Sharkia ,Zagazig El Salhia el gdeda working hours : 8:00 to 4:00 Day off : Friday Social & Medical Insurance Experience : 2 to 4 years Plan and develop training programs. Implement training courses according to the training schedule. Maintain records of all training programs. Maintain data on the department’s training achievements. Facilitate trainers’ tasks by providing all necessary facilities and available resources. Confirm trainers’ and trainees’ attendance before scheduled sessions. Review and follow up on training activities before implementation. Suggest improvements to ensure the continuous development of training programs and enhance training efficiency. Analyze training needs across different departments. Prepare annual training plans and programs aligned with the company’s objectives. Design training materials, including presentations, booklets, manuals, and practical tools, according to the nature of work in the plastics manufacturing industry. Conduct theoretical and practical training courses internally or in cooperation with external training providers. Follow up on and evaluate training outcomes and measure their impact on employee performance and productivity.* Submit periodic reports to senior management on training program progress and development. Coordinate with the Human Resources Department and other departments to ensure training programs meet business requirements.
