Location: Alexandria, Egypt Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Preventive Maintenance Workshop Manager to oversee preventive and predictive maintenance operations, ensuring efficient workshop performance, equipment reliability, and compliance with quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: -Develop and manage preventive maintenance plans and weekly/monthly schedules. -Supervise vehicle and equipment inspections, servicing, lubrication, and condition monitoring. -Monitor maintenance compliance to minimize overdue services and unexpected breakdowns. -Analyze recurring failures, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions. -Lead workshop technicians, allocate resources, and monitor productivity and work quality. -Coordinate spare parts, tools, consumables, and maintenance supplies. -Ensure compliance with workshop safety and environmental standards. -Maintain accurate maintenance records and prepare performance and reliability reports using CMMS/ERP systems. -Coordinate with fleet and maintenance teams to prioritize repairs and maximize vehicle availability. Job Requirements: -Relevant experience in preventive and predictive maintenance, preferably in fleet, vehicle, heavy equipment, or workshop operations. -Strong knowledge of maintenance planning, scheduling, inspections, and servicing. -Proven experience managing workshop teams and technicians. -Ability to analyze breakdowns and implement effective corrective actions. -Familiarity with CMMS/ERP maintenance systems and performance reporting. -Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. -Good knowledge of workshop safety and environmental standards.
