Production Engineer (Medium Voltage Panels)

Job Summary The MV Production Engineer is responsible for supervising the production process of Medium Voltage Key Responsibilities Supervise daily production activities for Medium Voltage (MV) panels. Ensure production targets are achieved according to the approved schedule. Monitor assembly processes and verify compliance with technical drawings and specifications. Coordinate with Planning, Engineering, and Warehouse teams to ensure material availability. Identify production issues and implement corrective actions to avoid delays. Conduct in-process and final inspections for MV panels. Prepare and maintain quality reports, checklists, and inspection records. Support root cause analysis for quality issues and customer complaints. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant field. 3–5 years of experience in Medium Voltage Panels manufacturing or quality. Good knowledge of MV standards, testing procedures, and electrical drawings. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. Show more Show less
