DevOps Engineer

We combine technical consulting, software engineering, and applied AI to deliver tailored solutions end to end, from understanding business needs and designing systems to development, integration, and production deployment. About the Role: Build and operate the infrastructure behind client software and AI solutions. Work with the Engineering Lead and application teams to improve deployments, monitoring, and production reliability across cloud and on-premise environments. Key Responsibilities: ● Provision and maintain cloud infrastructure, Linux servers, virtual machines, and Kubernetes workloads. ● Build CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and Argo CD, and automate infrastructure provisioning. ● Maintain monitoring, networking, access controls, and backup and recovery procedures. ● Support secure software and AI deployments with backend and AI engineers. ● Troubleshoot production issues, document solutions, and participate in on-call and after-hours support. Requirements: ● Production experience with Azure or OCI, with familiarity with the other platform. ● Strong Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes skills, supported by solid networking fundamentals. ● Experience with Jenkins, GitOps, Terraform or equivalent tools, and Bash or Python scripting. ● Experience with Prometheus or comparable monitoring tools and practical infrastructure security. ● Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to own tasks and collaborate across engineering teams. Additional Requirements for Senior Candidates: ● Experience designing scalable infrastructure, production Kubernetes environments, and reliable release and recovery workflows. ● Experience implementing centralized logging and distributed tracing using tools such as OpenTelemetry. ● Hands-on AI deployment experience on GPUs or Azure AI Foundry, including secure endpoints. ● Experience operating large-scale systems in government, banking, or similarly regulated environments.
