We are currently recruiting a Persian speaking sales manager on behalf of a Dubai-based immigration and visa consultancy company specializing in immigration, residency and vis service. Immigration & Visa Sales Manager – Persian Speaking Location: Dubai, UAE Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site About the Role We are looking for an experienced, Persian-speaking Sales Manager to join a small and growing immigration and visa consultancy business in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in immigration, visa consultancy, residency services, or travel and tourism, with a strong ability to generate leads, manage clients, and close sales. We are looking for someone who is actively involved in daily sales activities, not just team management. Key Responsibilities Generate new leads and convert inquiries into clients. Handle client consultations and explain immigration, visa, and residency services. Follow up with potential clients and close sales. Manage and support a small sales team. Achieve monthly sales targets. Maintain client relationships and manage the sales pipeline. Develop business opportunities within the UAE and Persian-speaking market. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in immigration, visa consultancy, or travel and tourism. Previous experience managing or supervising a small sales team. Fluent Persian (Farsi) and good English communication skills. Experience working with Iranian or Persian-speaking clients is a strong advantage. Good understanding of immigration, residency, Golden Visa, and related consultancy services. Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills. Currently based in Dubai or the UAE. Must hold a valid UAE residence visa. Visa sponsorship is not provided for this position; candidates must be eligible to work legally in the UAE under the appropriate work permit arrangements. Employment Conditions Full-time, office-based position in Dubai_ Emirate Tower Six-month probation period, subject to UAE labour law. Salary and commission package to be discussed during the interview.
