We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment cycle for blue-collar positions. Key Responsibilities: •Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to hiring and onboarding. •Handle high-volume recruitment for blue-collar and operational positions. •Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent follow-up with candidates. Requirements: •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. •2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in blue-collar recruitment. •Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills. •Experience in high-volume hiring is a plus.
