Business Development Manager (UK / European market experience) | Digital Marketing Agency - Dubai, Business Bay | Full-Time | Office-Based Lunasol is a European-led digital marketing agency in Dubai, specialising in social media, video production, paid advertising, SEO and digital marketing. We are looking for a Business Development Manager who has lived and worked in the UK or Europe, has sold to British and European business owners, and is now based in Dubai. Our clients come from this market, and we need someone who speaks their language, understands how they do business and can build trust with them from the first meeting. Requirements At least 3 years living and working in the UK or Europe. Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, with a proven record of selling to British and European business owners. Native-level spoken and written English. Currently based in Dubai with an established local business network. Previous experience in a marketing, digital or creative agency is strongly preferred. Confident presenting, negotiating and closing deals. The Role Manage qualified leads generated by our marketing team. Develop new business opportunities and relationships. Meet business owners, present proposals and close deals. Work alongside our in-house marketing and creative team. What We Offer Competitive basic salary + generous uncapped commission.
