AV Programmer

We are seeking an experienced AV Programmer to design, develop, implement, and support custom control solutions for audiovisual systems. The ideal candidate has deep experience with AV control platforms such as Crestron, Extron, AMX, QSC Q-SYS, Cisco video conferencing systems and is skilled in system commissioning, troubleshooting, and technical documentation Requirements: 6-8 years of experience in AV programming and system integration. Advanced proficiency in Crestron, AMX, and Q-SYS platforms. Strong working knowledge of Cisco video conferencing systems. Familiarity with AV over IP technologies, Dante, and HDBaseT. Strong understanding of AV signal flow, device protocols (RS-232, IP, IR), and networking concepts. Understanding of network topologies, VLANs, and IP addressing. Ability to read and interpret AV system schematics and engineering drawings. Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
