Ideal Steps for Project Management Services is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor (QS) Engineer to join our team. This role involves leading the technical and analytical aspects of projects, with responsibilities including:
- Performing precise take-offs by interpreting Civil, Electrical, and Mechanical blueprints.
- Constructing comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and breaking down work items into detailed sub-components.
- Understanding and managing the purchasing and selling lifecycle in local and international markets.
- Utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to automate tasks, analyze datasets, and generate technical reports and project schedules.
- Digitally archiving project data to ensure a transparent and efficient workflow.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering.
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and advanced Excel for data management.
- Strong command of English for professional reporting and communication.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen and technological agility.
