Senior Graphic Designer

Job Description: We are CodeCruze, a fast-growing Software & Digital Marketing company located in 5th Settlement. We help businesses grow through technology and creative marketing solutions. Job Brief: We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer with 4+ years of experience and a strong portfolio. You will be responsible for developing creative concepts and visually engaging designs for social media, advertising, and branding projects, while collaborating with our marketing team and supervising other designers. Responsibilities: Develop creative concepts and visual directions based on client briefs and campaign objectives. Create engaging social media designs and digital advertising assets. Develop logos, brand identities, and brand guidelines. Create banners and visual assets for websites and mobile applications. Collaborate with content creators and marketing specialists to execute creative campaigns. Prepare final artwork in the required formats and specifications. Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines. Stay updated on design trends, AI tools, and emerging creative technologies. Nice to Have: Additional experience in any of the following areas is a plus and will be reflected in your compensation: AI Video Creation: Experience with tools such as Kling, Runway, Higgsfield, or similar platforms. AI Prompt Engineering: Ability to write effective prompts and refine AI-generated visuals and videos to meet creative objectives. Motion Graphics. Video Editing. Qualifications: Minimum 4 years of professional graphic design experience. Strong portfolio showcasing social media designs, branding, and creative concepts. Strong understanding of typography, composition, colors, and visual hierarchy. Ability to develop original creative concepts and communicate design decisions. Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency. Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills. Ability to work independently, supervise others, and handle feedback constructively. Location: 5th Settlement, Cairo (Hybrid). Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM – Friday & Saturday are off.
