**We’re Hiring | Customer Relations Specialist – Real Estate** 📍 **Location:** Fifth Settlement, New Cairo, Egypt 🏢 **Industry:** Real Estate Brokerage 💼 **Employment Type:** Full-time | On-site 📅 **Experience:** 1–3 years ### About the Role We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented **Customer Relations Specialist** to join our team at a real estate brokerage company. The role focuses on managing post-sale customer relationships, following up on clients’ property-related procedures, coordinating with real estate developers, and ensuring a smooth customer experience throughout the property ownership journey. We are looking for someone with strong communication and interpersonal skills, a high sense of responsibility, persistence, and the ability to manage multiple follow-ups efficiently. ### Key Responsibilities - **Customer Follow-up:** Maintain regular communication with clients and follow up on their requests, inquiries, and property-related procedures. - **Documentation & Contracts:** Track customer documents, contract status, receipts, and other property-related paperwork. - **Installments & Payments:** Follow up on installment schedules, payment status, receipts, and outstanding payments in coordination with the relevant parties. - **Unit Handover:** Coordinate and follow up on unit handover procedures, appointments, and required documentation. - **Property Resale & Assignment:** Assist clients with resale and ownership assignment procedures when requested, coordinating with the relevant developer teams. - **Project Visits:** Coordinate client visits to real estate projects and ensure proper communication and follow-up. - **Developer Relations:** Conduct periodic visits to real estate developers and maintain strong working relationships with their collection and customer service teams. - **Reporting & Data Management:** Maintain accurate customer records, update databases, prepare periodic reports, and track pending cases and follow-up activities. - **Presentations & Documentation:** Prepare professional reports, presentations, and documents to support internal coordination and management decisions. - **Process Improvement:** Help organize follow-up workflows, maintain accurate records, and improve the efficiency of customer relations operations. ### Requirements - 1–3 years of relevant experience in Customer Relations, Customer Service, Real Estate Operations, Property Management, Sales Support, or a similar role. - Previous experience in the real estate industry is a strong advantage. - Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent follow-up, organizational, and time-management skills. - High level of commitment, persistence, accountability, and attention to detail. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up on cases until resolution. - Strong proficiency in **Microsoft Excel**, especially data organization, formulas, and reporting. - Good command of **Microsoft Word and PowerPoint**, with the ability to prepare professional documents and presentations. - Experience with **Odoo ERP** is preferred. - Ability to communicate professionally with customers, colleagues, and external business partners. ### What We’re Looking For A dependable and self-motivated professional who takes ownership of their responsibilities, follows through on commitments, builds strong relationships, and maintains a professional attitude even when handling challenging situations.
