Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a fresh graduate who wants to build a career in marketing and event management. You'll work directly with our creative director on real brands and real projects, from the first brief to final execution. Your day-to-day will include: • Supporting the planning and execution of events, activations, booths and exhibitions • Coordinating with venues, suppliers, production teams and clients • Managing event timelines, checklists and on-site logistics • Supporting marketing campaigns, social media and content for our clients • Preparing presentations, proposals and quotations • Writing and reviewing Arabic and English copy • Researching brands, competitors and trends in the Kuwaiti market Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication or a related field • Fresh graduate • Interest in event management; university, volunteer or internship event experience is a plus • Strong Arabic and English, written and spoken • Organized, detail-oriented and able to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment • Confident communicating with clients and suppliers • Comfortable being on-site during events Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Location: Al Hamra Tower, Sharq, Kuwait City Show more Show less
