Job Description: Senior Brand Manager – Raxeira Beauty Location: Obour City, Cairo Employment Type: Full-time, office-based Weekly Day Off: Friday Reporting To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Job Purpose Raxeira Beauty is seeking a highly creative, hands-on Marketing Manager with proven experience in the skincare or cosmetics industry. The Marketing Manager will lead the brand’s marketing direction, content, public relations, campaign concepts, creative appearance, and trend-driven initiatives. As the company grows, the Marketing Manager will participate in recruiting, onboarding, training, and supporting new team members, gradually delegating responsibilities while maintaining quality and performance standards. Required Qualifications Experience: 3 to 5 years as Brand Manager in the same industry. Proven experience in cosmeceutical industry is a Must. Education: Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or veterinary medicine is a Must. Strong experience in developing integrated marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Strong knowledge of content, PR, UGC, influencer marketing, and brand collaborations. Good understanding of digital marketing and creative advertising performance. Experience managing internal teams, agencies, freelancers, and external partners. Ability to execute tasks personally, especially during the team-building stage. Show more Show less
