Studio planner

The Studio Planner coordinates production schedules, product flow and resource planning to ensure priorities and delivery timelines are met. Working closely with teams and studio, the role supports efficient workflows, monitors production progress and helps optimize capacity, productivity and costs. Job Responsibilities: Coordinate daily and weekly schedules across traditional, model, product and AI shoots, aligning production with priorities, product availability and launch deadlines. Ensure adherence to the FIFO process, with products not completed on the scheduled day prioritized for the following day. Track daily productivity against targets and flag any anomalies, delays or performance gaps to the relevant stakeholders for timely resolution. Track product status and coordinate with teams to ensure smooth workflows and timely delivery. Align with teams on priorities and deliverables, provide regular status updates, manage competing requests and communicate delays or capacity constraints. Plan resources across shoots, coordinate external manpower and freelancers based on workload, and monitor resource utilization to address capacity gaps. Maintain Excel-based planning trackers, monitor production volumes and turnaround times, track resource usage against agreed budgets, and highlight cost variances or opportunities for optimization. Verify month-end vendor deliverables and invoices against completed work and production records, resolving discrepancies with relevant stakeholders. Support studio Health & Safety requirements by coordinating with teams, ensuring operational guidelines are communicated and followed, and escalating potential risks or concerns.
