Role Description The Cuvil Multi Technician cum Team Leader role is a full-time, on-site position based in the United Arab Emirates. The role involves supervising and performing technical work related to HVAC and ventilation systems, hood cleaning, and general maintenance activities at client locations. Responsibilities include planning daily tasks, assigning work to technicians, ensuring safe and efficient execution of maintenance and repair jobs, and inspecting completed work for quality and compliance with company standards. The role also requires coordinating with clients, reporting job progress to management, maintaining tools and equipment, and supporting aluminum, glass, and carpentry work as needed. The Team Leader is expected to guide the team, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure timely completion of projects. Qualifications Proven experience in HVAC and ventilation system maintenance, hood cleaning, and general building maintenance. Hands-on skills in aluminum, glass, and carpentry work, with the ability to support multi-disciplinary technical tasks. Leadership and team coordination abilities, including task planning, supervision, and performance monitoring. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and repair technical issues on-site. Understanding of safety standards, tools handling, and maintenance best practices in technical services. Effective communication skills for interacting with clients, colleagues, and supervisors. Ability to work on-site in the United Arab Emirates, including flexibility to respond to urgent maintenance needs. Relevant technical certification or vocational training in HVAC, maintenance, or related fields; prior experience in a similar role is highly preferred. Show more Show less
