-We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to establish, develop, and lead the HR department of our industrial and trading company.
Key Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including proven experience in the industrial sector.
* Previous experience in establishing and developing an HR department from the ground up.
* Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law, social insurance, personnel administration, payroll, recruitment, and employee relations.
* Experience managing both blue-collar and white-collar employees.
* Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
