Job Title: Finance Manager
Location: Dubai (On-site)
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead financial analysis, investment evaluation, and financial planning, supporting strategic investment and business decisions across multiple industries and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market and economic analysis, evaluating demand, competition, and key financial performance indicators.
Perform investment analysis and calculate payback periods.
Develop feasibility studies, financial models, and forecasts to support investment decisions.
Identify and assess financial and operational risks, and recommend effective mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with banks, investors, and financial institutions on financing, structuring, and funding processes.
Analyze and advise on equity structures, shareholding arrangements, and capital allocation strategies.
Requirements:
Fluency in both English and Russian is mandatory.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
Strong understanding of corporate finance, equity structures, and capital markets.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work across multiple industries and international markets.
