Job Summary:
We are seeking a Data Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions and improve operational performance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Power BI, data visualization, and report development.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and identify trends and performance gaps.
Prepare regular reports and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver analytical solutions.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
1–3 years of relevant experience in data analysis.
Proficiency in Power BI and dashboard development.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data analysis techniques.
Knowledge of SQL and DAX is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and reporting skills.
