Quality Assurance Quality Control Inspector

Role Description The Civil QAQC Inspector Architect is a full-time, on-site role based in Lusail, responsible for ensuring that civil and architectural works meet project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. This role involves conducting regular site inspections, reviewing construction drawings and method statements, verifying materials and workmanship, and documenting non-conformities with clear corrective action plans. The inspector collaborates with project managers, engineers, architects, and contractors to implement QA/QC procedures, monitor compliance with local codes and client standards, and support approvals and handover documentation. Day-to-day tasks include preparing inspection reports, maintaining quality records, participating in coordination meetings, and supporting continuous improvement of quality systems aligned with Redlink Group’s precision and compliance-driven practices. Qualifications Civil engineering or architecture background with strong knowledge of civil and architectural construction practices, materials, and local building codes. Experience in QA/QC inspections, including review of drawings, specifications, method statements, and inspection test plans, with the ability to identify and resolve non-conformities. Proficiency in technical documentation, reporting, and use of CAD or BIM tools for reviewing plans and as-built records; familiarity with Scan-to-BIM or geospatial data is an advantage. Strong site supervision skills, including coordination with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and clients, and the ability to work in fast-paced, large-scale project environments. Knowledge of ISO-based quality management systems, safety standards, and regulatory approval processes relevant to Qatar’s construction and infrastructure projects.
