Candidates should possess Team Management and Team Leadership skills, with experience in supervising teams, coaching individuals, and driving performance in a telesales or contact center environment. Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, demonstrating empathy, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering a positive customer experience. Candidates should possess Sales skills, including negotiation, closing techniques, and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Candidates should ideally have experience in telesales, inside sales, or call center operations, preferably in digital solutions or related industries. Candidates should have strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to use CRM or call center tools to track performance and identify trends. Candidates should be organized, target-driven, and able to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. A relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial; prior experience as a team leader or senior telesales agent is strongly preferred. Show more Show less
