Sales Officer – Personal Loans Location: UAE Function: Banking Sales / Retail Banking Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities Promote and sell personal loan products to eligible customers. Generate leads through direct sales, referrals, corporate contacts, and market visits. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions. Explain product features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, fees, and documentation requirements. Collect and verify customer documents before submission. Coordinate with credit, operations, and processing teams for application follow-up. Maintain regular follow-up with customers until loan disbursement. Achieve monthly sales, conversion, and revenue targets. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers. Ensure compliance with bank policies, KYC requirements, and regulatory guidelines. Maintain accurate sales reports and customer records. Requirements Previous experience in Personal Loans, Retail Banking, Direct Sales, or Financial Products. Strong understanding of personal loan products and eligibility criteria. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Good communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills. Strong lead generation and relationship-building ability. Knowledge of UAE banking market is preferred. Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment.
