Estithmar Holding is looking for an experienced Technical Engineer to join our team!
We are seeking a technically strong professional with extensive experience in joinery manufacturing and high-end interior fit-out projects.
🔹 Requirements:
8–10 years of experience in joinery and fit-out projects.
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and shop drawing preparation.
Experience in luxury villas, hotels, palaces, and high-end interior projects.
Solid understanding of joinery manufacturing processes and factory standards.
Ability to prepare production drawings, cutting lists, and material take-offs.
Strong knowledge of veneers, laminates, solid wood, MDF, plywood, HPL, and finishing systems.
Good understanding of joinery hardware, fittings, and accessories.
Experience in as-built drawings and setting-out drawings.
Ability to develop practical, production-oriented shop drawings.
