As our operations continue to expand, we’re looking for a detail-oriented Couriers Specialist to join our operations team and ensure smooth courier operations and efficient last-mile delivery. Key Responsibilities: * Monitor daily courier operations and ensure smooth delivery flow.* Coordinate with couriers to ensure timely pickup and delivery of shipments.* Track courier attendance, availability, routes, and daily performance.* Follow up on delayed, failed, or undelivered shipments and take necessary actions.* Monitor courier productivity and operational KPIs.* Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams to resolve operational issues.* Ensure couriers follow company policies, SOPs, and delivery procedures.* Maintain accurate courier records, reports, and daily performance updates.* Identify operational issues and escalate discrepancies to management.* Support courier onboarding, allocation, and daily operational requirements.* Contribute to improving delivery efficiency and reducing operational issues. Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.* 1–2 years of experience in courier, last-mile, logistics, or delivery operations.* Experience in e-commerce or delivery companies is a strong plus.* Good understanding of last-mile delivery and courier operations.* Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and operational systems.* Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.* Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
