Solutions Architect

About the Role: The Solution Architect is responsible for translating commercial Products, Services, and Tariffs requirements into detailed product designs and technical specifications. This role bridges business and technology by mapping commercial requirements into technical features compatible with the organization's systems and technology enablers, ensuring successful implementation of commercial initiatives and achievement of revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: Assess and analyze business requirements and recommend feasible, effective, simplified, and optimized IT solutions. Design efficient end-to-end solutions for products and services, ensuring alignment with business objectives and organizational strategy. Collaborate closely with Commercial and IT teams to translate business needs into technical requirements. Respond proactively to ad-hoc business and commercial requests. Build, maintain, and support scalable integration solutions that ensure high availability, performance, and business continuity. Prioritize product and service development initiatives while identifying dependencies and potential risks. Propose innovative workarounds and enhancements to optimize and simplify the product development lifecycle. Provide regular project status updates and reports to ensure delivery against agreed timelines, KPIs, and business objectives. Support internal stakeholders throughout the solution design and implementation lifecycle to ensure product success. Ensure solution designs incorporate cost optimization principles and efficient utilization of technology resources. Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive successful solution delivery and ongoing service improvements. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Solution Design, or related IT Architecture roles. Strong understanding of system integration, application architecture, and enterprise solution design principles. Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions and system specifications. Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), APIs, microservices, and integration frameworks.
