Vyltic integrates the different parts of the sports ecosystem in Jordan, communities, venues, sponsors, and brands, with solutions across SaaS, court utilization, consulting, event management, and marketing. 8,500+ players, 70+ courts in 4 cities, 320+ events so far. Most of our day is players messaging and calling us, and how we answer them is the job. We're hiring customer service agents. Fresh graduates preferred. The basics: - Salary: 350 JOD/month to start - Office-based at 7th Circle, not remote - 6 days a week - Rotational shifts: 10 am to 5 pm, 2 pm to 10 pm, and 4 pm to 1 am The work: - Player messages and calls, in Arabic and English - Arranging matches, solving problems, closing every request properly - Clear standards, so you'll always know what good looks like How we work: replies during service hours are instant, not "within the hour". Every message is personal, with the player's name and no copy-paste answers. After a problem is solved, you follow up the next day to make sure it stayed solved. You: - Fresh graduate or early career - Strong Arabic and English, especially in writing - Responsive, organized, good with people Our minimum standards (these have to already be in you): - Customer obsession: you genuinely care that the person on the other side walks away happy - Ownership: what reaches you is yours until it's handled - Initiative: you move without waiting to be told - Hunger to learn and grow One thing worth knowing before you apply: performance here is measured openly, and growth follows it.
