Key Responsibilities:
Analyze financial and operational data related to farm activities.
Monitor actual costs against budgets and identify variances.
Prepare analytical reports, KPIs, and management dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
Evaluate crop productivity, production costs, and profitability.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control initiatives.
Automate recurring reports and improve data management processes.
Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Procurement, and Farm Management teams.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Data Analysis, Cost Control, Financial Analysis, or Production Cost Analysis.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Advanced Formulas).
Experience with Power BI; DAX knowledge is a plus.
Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of ERP systems and SQL is an advantage.
