Starting November 2026 until March 2027, with potential for a 2-year renewal. On-site in the UAE. Immediately available candidates preferred, or a maximum 2-4 week notice period. We have partnered on an exciting greenfield bank build in the UAE, and we're hiring an Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Implementation Lead to lead the bank's ERP implementation from the client side. The bank is implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud across Finance, HR and Procurement, with Finance the heaviest workstream. A vendor does the build. This role manages and challenges that vendor, and turns the bank's business requirements into the system setup the vendor delivers. Hands-on configuration is not expected, but deep Oracle knowledge is, so that the technical teams can be managed with authority. About the role: Manage the Oracle implementation vendor: review solution designs, configuration choices and delivery plans, challenge them where they don't fit the bank, and hold the vendor to scope, quality and timeline Work day-to-day with the business owners of Finance, HR and Procurement to capture requirements and convert them into configuration decisions Cover the three Fusion Cloud domains, with Financials as the priority (GL, payables, receivables, fixed assets, cash management, expenses, reporting), and HCM and Procurement alongside Own the Oracle side of integration, starting with the core banking and treasury management systems, working with the product owners of those platforms and the overall system integrator Run testing and acceptance: SIT and UAT scenarios, defect triage with the vendor, data migration validation and cut-over readiness Report progress, risks and decisions to the delivery team About you: Has led at least one full-cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation at a bank, through to go-live, covering Financials at minimum (Oracle EBS followed by Fusion Cloud also counts) Has sat on the bank's side of an implementation and managed the Oracle partner directly: challenged designs, tracked delivery and signed off deliverables Understands bank finance requirements: multi-entity, multi-currency, sub-ledger feeds from banking systems, regulatory and management reporting Working knowledge of Oracle HCM and Procurement, enough to run those workstreams with the business owners Understands how Oracle connects to core banking and treasury systems: Oracle Integration Cloud or equivalent, file and API interfaces, Financial Accounting Hub Knows Oracle Financials well enough to spot when a vendor's design is wrong, and says so Nice to have: Oracle certification, a greenfield or new-entity ERP build, UAE/GCC experience (VAT and corporate tax setup, WPS payroll, CBUAE reporting), and exposure to core banking or treasury platforms such as Temenos, Flexcube, Finacle, Murex or Calypso Show more Show less
