Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Fleet Dispatcher to coordinate daily vehicle operations, manage trip schedules, and ensure timely and cost-efficient transportation.
Key Responsibilities:
Allocate vehicles and prepare daily trip schedules based on operational needs.
Coordinate with Operations, Warehouse teams, drivers, and transport contractors to ensure timely dispatch and trip completion.
Monitor trips, follow up on delays, and resolve operational issues.
Track transportation costs and ensure compliance with approved rates and expense approvals.
Maintain accurate trip and vehicle records and prepare daily operational and cost reports.
Monitor vehicle utilization and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements:
2–3 years of experience in fleet dispatching, transportation, or logistics.
Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
Good command of Excel and reporting tools.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
