WAY4 Card System Specialist

Primary Function and Scope To oversee the entire lifecycle of the WAY4 credit card system, ensuring secure, compliant and high-availability operations. Manage card system related projects, system configuration, vendor management, and technical enhancements to support card issuing, transaction processing, and fraud management. Key Duties and Responsibilities System ownership: Manages the technical lifecycle of the card management system, including upgrades, integration with networks and processors, API integration with downstream systems. Security & compliance: Ensures strict adherence to PCI-DSS and other financial regulatory (SAMA) requirements to protect sensitive data. Operational support: Monitors platform stability, troubleshoots issues, and ensure maximum uptime for card issuance and transaction processing. Vendor & technical management: Collaborates and manages relationships with vendors like Openway and Golden chip. Process improvement: Streamline card lifecycle management and implements automation to improve operational efficiency. Data & reporting: Assist analytics department with data management and reporting requirements. Minimum Experience 5+ years of experience in a technical role within the card payments industry, specifically with card issuing platforms. 2+ years of experience in leading a technical team. Proven experience managing vendors. Proven experience in credit card lifecycle management. Proven experience in card issuing, transaction switching and EMV technology. Show more Show less
