Job Description
Perform charge capture and reconciliation reviews.
Analyze revenue cycle data to identify billing discrepancies and missed charges.
Support Chargemaster (CDM) maintenance and validation activities.
Conduct routine audits to ensure coding and charging accuracy.
Prepare revenue integrity reports, dashboards, and KPI analyses.
Monitor compliance with payer, regulatory, and organizational requirements.
Assist in implementing revenue cycle improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with clinical, finance, coding, and billing teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Health Information Management, Accounting, or related field.
Certification in CPC, CCS, RHIT, or equivalent preferred.
Requirements
2-4 years of healthcare revenue cycle, billing, coding, or finance experience.
Understanding of healthcare reimbursement methodologies.
Knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, DRG, and revenue codes.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Proficiency in Excel and healthcare information systems.
