Junior HR Coordinator

Junior HR Coordinator Four Winters is looking for a Junior HR Coordinator to join our team. The role will support the day-to-day HR function, with a strong focus on ZenHR administration, including: Maintaining and updating employee records on ZenHR Managing attendance, leaves, overtime, and employee data Supporting employee onboarding and offboarding Preparing HR documents, letters, and contracts Assisting with candidate screening calls and recruitment Assisting with Social Security and general HR administration Supporting recruitment and other day-to-day HR matters We’re looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working with HR systems.
