Role Description This full-time Senior Supervisor AI LLM Application Developer .NET role is a hybrid position based in Qesm El Maadi, with flexibility for partial work-from-home arrangements. The role is responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered applications that leverage large language models (LLMs) within a .NET environment, ensuring scalability, performance, and security. The Senior Supervisor will oversee a development team, provide technical direction, review code, and establish best practices for integrating AI services with existing platforms and business processes. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with product and operations stakeholders to gather requirements, architecting solutions, implementing APIs and microservices, optimizing prompt engineering and model usage, and monitoring application performance. The role also involves mentoring team members, coordinating with IT and security teams, contributing to documentation and technical standards, and continuously evaluating emerging AI and .NET technologies to improve Xceed’s digital capabilities. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum 6 years of software development experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role. - Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, REST APIs, and .NET. - Experience with PostgreSQL and/or SQL Server. - Knowledge of React or Angular. - Experience with Docker, CI/CD, AWS, or Azure is a plus. - Hands-on experience with AI/LLM integration and modern software architecture. - Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Fluent in English Show more Show less
