About Boat Trips Club Boat Trips Club is an online booking platform for boat tours and yacht experiences in destinations worldwide. We are growing quickly and building our core team in Dubai. About the role We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales to lead and grow our sales function. You will be responsible for sales strategy, team performance and revenue growth, and you will report directly to the founders. Key responsibilities Develop and execute the sales strategy to achieve revenue targets Build, lead and develop a high-performing sales team Set targets, KPIs and performance standards, and hold the team accountable Create sales processes, scripts and training programmes Manage the full sales cycle and personally close key opportunities Drive customer retention and repeat business Monitor pipeline, conversion and performance, and report to the founders Identify and implement tools that improve sales efficiency Requirements At least 5 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in a sales leadership role A proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets B2C sales experience, ideally in travel, hospitality or luxury Experience building and managing teams, including remote or distributed teams Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills Proficient with CRM systems and sales reporting Practical, daily use of AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude Fluent English.
