Human Resources Generalist

Job Details : Position: HR Generalist Type: Full-Time - 6 day /week - 8 hours / day Job Description: We’re looking for a detail-oriented HR Generalist to support recruitment, payroll, social insurance, and personnel administration. The ideal candidate is organized, discreet, and comfortable handling confidential employee information. Responsibilities Manage recruitment by posting job openings, reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, evaluating selected candidates and coordinating candidate communication. Assist with onboarding and offboarding, including preparing documents and maintaining employee records. Manage performance management monthly , Quarterly & yearly plan. Prepare and process social insurance forms 1, 2, and 6, including employee additions and resignations, in accordance with applicable requirements. Process payroll information and help ensure accurate, timely payroll administration. Maintain personnel files and update HR databases. Respond to employee questions about HR procedures and direct complex matters to the appropriate team member. Assist with HR reports, documentation, and general administrative tasks. Updated company & policy procedures regularly . Handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality. Qualifications 5+ years of experience as HR administrative generalist Strong experience with recruitment, payroll, personnel administration, and social insurance procedures , policy & procedures and Performance management. Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with HR or payroll systems is a plus. Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality. Ability to work in Cairo (Al Abour) - limited visits Why Join Us?
