MEP Project Manager

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all MEP works, with primary focus on Mechanical/ Electrical systems. Oversee HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, drainage and water supply systems. Coordinate Electrical, Mechanical and other disciplines to avoid design and site conflicts. Review design drawings, shop drawings, material submittals, method statements and technical submissions. Monitor contractors’ progress, quality, safety and compliance with project specifications. Manage site execution, testing, commissioning and handover of MEP systems. Attend coordination and progress meetings with the client, consultant, contractors and other stakeholders. Identify technical issues and support timely resolution to maintain the project schedule. Ensure MEP works comply with applicable codes, standards, approved drawings and project requirements. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. Strong experience in MEP project management, preferably within PMC, consultancy or major construction projects. Extensive knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and firefighting systems, with good understanding of Electrical systems. Strong leadership, coordination and contractor-management skills.
