Area Sales Engineer

We Are Hiring Sales Engineer Industrial and Rugged IT | Saudi Arabia Arabia We are looking for an Arabic-speaking Sales Engineer with 3 to 5 years of relevant IT-hardware sales experience and strong technical knowledge. This is a field-sales and business-development role requiring independent prospecting, regular customer visits and the ability to build new accounts across Saudi Arabia. What you will sell · Advantech industrial PCs, industrial networking, automation gateways and IIoT solutions · Neousys rugged edge computers, GPU computing and Edge AI platforms · Getac and Durabook rugged laptops and tablets What we are looking for · Proven sales experience in IT hardware such as servers, workstations, industrial PCs, embedded computers, networking, edge systems or rugged devices · Strong technical knowledge and the ability to understand applications, interpret customer specifications and recommend suitable products · Enterprise IT hardware sales candidates are welcome if they can transition their knowledge into industrial and rugged IT applications · Knowledge of Saudi system integrators, contractors, consultants and customers in oil and gas, power and utilities, smart cities, AI, infrastructure, data centres, airports, transportation, government or industrial projects · Ability to generate new opportunities through field visits, cold calling, networking and market research · Fluent Arabic, good English and strong customer-facing communication skills · Valid Saudi driving licence and willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia are strongly preferred Please note: Electrical, BMS, MEP or general ELV experience alone is not sufficient. Candidates must have meaningful IT-hardware sales experience supported by technical product knowledge. The principal KPI is industrial and rugged IT hardware sales, with additional opportunities to sell industrial networking, automation and IIoT products and solutions.
