Role Description The Real Estate Agent will work full time on-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, representing Luxury Falcon Properties LLC in residential and commercial property transactions. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting property viewings, advising clients on market conditions, and guiding them through the buying, selling, and leasing process. The role involves preparing and reviewing documentation, coordinating with landlords, developers, and legal partners, and maintaining accurate records of listings and client interactions. The Real Estate Agent will provide attentive customer service, negotiate offers, and ensure a smooth closing process while upholding company standards and local regulatory requirements. Qualifications Valid Real Estate License and solid knowledge of Real Estate regulations and practices. Strong Sales skills with experience in closing deals and achieving performance targets. Excellent Customer Service abilities, including client relationship management and responsiveness. Understanding of Real Property concepts and local Dubai real estate market trends. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage. Ability to work on-site, manage multiple clients and listings, and maintain organized records. Proficiency with real estate CRM systems, listing platforms, and basic office software.
