Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Ladies Tailor role based in Dubai. The Ladies Tailor will be responsible for creating, altering, and finishing garments in line with ÚCHÈ’s design standards and brand aesthetics. Daily tasks include taking accurate measurements, conducting fittings, adjusting patterns, and ensuring high-quality stitching and finishing. The role involves collaborating with designers and stylists, advising clients on fit and style options, and maintaining an organized, safe workspace. The Ladies Tailor will also support quality control, manage timelines for custom and RTW pieces, and contribute ideas to enhance garment construction and customer experience. Qualifications Strong tailoring and dressmaking skills, including garment construction, alterations, and finishing. Proficiency in fittings, measurements, and pattern adjustments to achieve precise and comfortable fits. Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact professionally with clients and team members. Attention to detail, manual dexterity, and familiarity with sewing machines and related equipment. Experience in fashion or apparel production, preferably in luxury or high-end RTW environments. Ability to work on-site full time in Dubai and manage multiple orders while meeting deadlines. Basic understanding of sustainable fashion practices and willingness to align with brand values. Relevant vocational training or certification in tailoring, fashion design, or garment technology is an advantage. Show more Show less
